Did you know that Highland properties are truly pet friendly?  We love your furry friends, and welcome dogs, cats and fish.  At Highland, we don't believe in nickel and dimming our residents with extra pet expenses, like Non-refundable Pet Fees.  Instead, we increase your security deposit based on the number of pets you have ($300 per pet).  And if you return the property in the same condition as you received it, all of your deposit can be refunded when you move out.  Residents also pay $25 per month in pet rent ($25 for the first animal, and $15 for each additional animal).
